What if I am brand new?
It's ok! You can come watch, learn, and participate when you're ready. This meeting is also one of the best education meetings out there to see how deals are structured live.
What if I am not from the IE?
It's all good! Most of our members are from the IE but we have a lot that come in from LA, OC, SD and the desert cities also. Come to a event, it's very likely you might find a carpool buddy!
What's the FIRE Center?
Founded in 2023 by Rich Rice, the FIRE Center is the cornerstone for those aiming for financial independence through real estate. It's where we meet every Wednesday from 5-7:30pm!

The Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club (IEREIC) spreads Financial Independence through Real Estate™ (FIRE), so that you can build your tribe in a fun and inclusive community where positive development and integrity are paramount!
We welcome anyone who shares our vision for a collaborative real estate networking community that lifts people up in their pursuit of freedom!
Purchased in 2021 by Rich Rice, IEREIC was originally founded in 2014 by Todd Bayer and Stephen McKee with the help of their friends and family.
It is their wish that this club will live on in perpetuity, guided by its original tenets.
Attendee Code of Conduct
Attendee’s should always conduct business in a a professional manner and shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding other attendees, customers, and/or associates. Harassment in any form, including bullying, intimidation or disparaging comments related to gender, gender identity or appearance, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, political views, or affiliation will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the event.
